The photos displayed below were sold on a popular auction site a few years ago. If you are the owner of one or more of those pictures, we hope that you will share your un-watermarked scans with us. We are particularly interested in these and other pictures that haven’t already been published on popular sites such as Fold3 and Flickr. Obviously those are readily acquired. Instead, we’re interested in displaying less widely circulated photos from private collections and and your help in building our digital online archive would be greatly appreciated.
