        Good Day Bains Trust,

        The restoration continues on VH-BFR with much work on the right wing. I recieved a call from Stuart Lee last night advising that the slat on BFR’s right wing is U/S. If anyone has a right slat they are willing to sell, then please let me know.

        Stuart also advises that he is looking for both left and right slats for his restoration, if anyone has a pair.

          Try Frank Boermans (frankboermans@gmail.com) in Europe. He might have some slats that came with a pile of Italian spare parts he bought with his flyer. Good luck.

              G’day Team, should have closed this out yonks ago.

              Frank has supplied and slat in excellent order. Frank replied to my enquiry and dispatched a suitable slat very quickly, it is now being prepared for fitment to the wing.

              Many thanks Frank, this can now be closed.
