To everybody that replied,
thank you, all reply’s were very helpful and after spending a LOT of time measuring and comparing to MS drawings as well as from RBC Bearing Co and several others all the matches pointed to MS21150/MS21152/REP3H5/REP3M6A.
So long story short, I went ahead and ordered them from Spruce, there goes my next six tanks of gas lol.

Hi Jim,
I’m talking about the short rods, mine have Fafner RE3M6A and Fafner RE3H5, I’ve not been able to find them on Google or a cross ref number, a Bearing Business, that I’ve used before contacted Fafner and they stated the M6A was no longer produced and no record of the H5 one.
Printed out the 76-62304 blueprint for the rod end Assembly and the 76-62614 for the flap rod and will be looking to see if just replacing the bearing with one dimensionally the same is possible.
